I had a mixed experience at Apa Hotel Kyoto Eki Horikawadori. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Kyoto Station and great for accessing attractions. but the room was quite small and lacking in amenities. While the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, there were a few housekeeping issues that detracted from my overall stay.
